Papercut Graphic Design are a proud pro bono partner in support of ‘Social Enterprise’ and we are responsible for the logo design of this worthwhile cause.
Social enterprises support the community on many levels: first and foremost, they provide a quality product while creating a sustainable income stream, as well as jobs and training opportunities for Canberrans struggling to enter mainstream employment.
The launch of this logo is a huge milestone and a very exciting step in the development of social enterprise in Canberra, and in Australia.
The Hub operates on three levels: non-profit and community organisations develop social enterprises from concept through to implementation; pro-bono corporate partners offer valuable business advice and insight; while government departments support the program through funding and procurements opportunities.
Papercut worked closely with the Social Enterprise group to create a logo that encompassed all of the above and maintained a friendly accessible feeling.
